Round 2

Brian has completed round 2 of his chemotherapy. It was quite the week for both of us. It's really difficult to go watch someone you love get poisoned intentionally, then go to work and try to focus on the many tasks at hand.

His first follow up for blood work was today. All the numbers are good. He's feeling a little week the last couple of days, but I think he's better this time around than last. He's not spending as much time in bed, and I think he is feeling ok.

His hair hasn't started growing back from the radiation therapy. I think he looks cute with the sideways bald spot. But that's just me. Pictures will come soon. We shaved his head with the razor not the clippers a few weeks ago I have pictures of that too, but I need to get them off the card.

Round 3 starts on February 22nd. He will have weekly blood draws until then to make sure all of his counts are good.

I will try to keep the blog updated with information, but we all know it's me we are talking about. No promises, after all it's me we are talking about.
